Tie Bars or Tie Rods
The connecting bars which extend perpendicular to and through the bearing or load bars. In pultruded grating, crossbars are both mechanically locked (by notching) and chemically attached (by bonding) to the bearing or load bars. See also CROSS BARS or CROSS RODS.
